Although it didn't take long for the snowboard to slide down the driveway by itself, followed by a running sylvia.

She carried it back up, but lost interest soon after and came inside to warm up.

Flashbacks of trudging up a snowcovered hill of my childhood, putting my sled down and preparing to get on when I see it move and take off without me... going all the way to the bottom of the golf course hill without a passenger and the disgusted feeling it brought me.
Poor Sylvia!
wow - so cute! How is she growing up so fast?
