Did I mention we are melting????
We have a severe thunder storm watch, but Vermont has a tornado watch, so I hope we will at least get some rain!

The adventures of a fun loving family with many kids. Our household is never boring.
This link was broken, in the process of fixing it.
In my spare time , that is.

I think that it is funny that you are melting, yet your child on the far right is wearing a turtleneck and long pants.
We are very hot here (Buffalo, NY) and just received our sporadic thunderstorms. One minute we were at 91 and the next 70...the sun is shining and then there is a dark cloud and the sky opens up and then the sun is shining again. About 20 minutes later we are hit with another sudden thunderstorm followed by the sun shining...it must be mother nature and she sure is moody today.
yeah, some of my kids have hard time adjusting their clothes to the summer. I mean, turtlenecks are perfectly fine in the winter, why would they suddenly NOT be fine anymore??? ^^
It's a fight i just let natural consequences do its work for.
We finally got thunderstorms last night, and today our weather is beautiful.

When my kids don't trust my judgement on clothing, I let them go stand outside for 3 min until they "get it". It's works nearly every time and saves me a bundle on laundry because they would just end of taking it off later on. I'm picky about my kids appearance so I've learned to lay out 2 outfits and let them choose.
It is still in the 40's and 50's here. Please send some sunshine and heat to rainy Seattle, WA.
Enjoy the ice cream! We're still drinking hot tea and cocoa.
